数智技术与教育领域的深度融合,正深刻改变着教育方式与学习体验,重塑着未来劳动者的能力构成,对高校劳动教育提出了新挑战。主要表现为:肢解的课程体系,缩限着劳动教育发展;非主流价值观的裹挟,混沌着劳动认知空间;浅表化的劳动教育内容,掣肘着时代性发展需要;困顿的劳动理实关系,宰制着劳动教育效力;离身式的劳动教育形式,疏离了丰富的劳动世界;散裂的劳动支持体系,熔断了劳动教育协同而进。高校劳动教育必须从容应对时代变革带来的新挑战,积极回应时代发展的新要求,深入探究数智技术、劳动实践与劳动教育之间的新变化、新趋势、新模式。通过强化整体设计理念,打造"大劳动教育课程"融通体系;让主流价值观充盈数字空间,引领积极的劳动观;融入新质生产力元素,深化劳动教育内容;倡导"实践劳育"理念,构建实践教学体系;促进劳动教育具身转向,实现知行统合;着力构建"劳动教育共同体",发挥协同育人功效。
The Value Direction,Problem Analysis and Practical Approach of Labor Education in Higher Education Institutions in the Digital Intelligence Times
The deep integration of the times of digital and intelligence with the field of education is changing the way of education and learning experience,reshaping the ability composition of future workers,and posing new challenges to labor education in colleges and universities.The main performance is:dismemberment of the curriculum system,limiting the development of labor education;non-mainstream values,confusing the labor cognitive space;The difficult relationship between labor and reality dominates the effectiveness of labor education,the detached form of labor education alienates the rich labor world,and the fragmented labor support system interrupts the coordinated progress of labor education.Labor education in colleges and universities must calmly face the new challenges brought by the changes of the times and actively respond to the new requirements of the development of the times,to explore the new changes,new trends and new models between mathematical intelligence technology,labor practice and labor education.By strengthening the overall design concept,we can build a"Big labor education curriculum"integration system,fill the mainstream values in the digital space,lead a positive labor concept,integrate new quality productivity elements,deepen the content of labor education;It advocates the concept of"Practical labor education",constructs the practical teaching system,promotes the concrete turn of labor education,realizes the unity of knowledge and practice,and devotes itself to the construction of"Labor education community",giving full play to the effect of coordinated education.
