The Dilemma and Countermeasures of Collaborative Training of Top-notch Innovative Talents in "High School-University" from the Perspective of Symbiosis Theory
High schools and colleges and universities are in a symbiotic relationship of complementarity and co-evolution in cultivating top-notch innovative talents.Based on the perspective of symbiosis theory, the symbiotic system of"high school-university"collaborative cultivation of top-notch innovative talents, with high school and college as the core symbiotic unit, continuous symbiosis and reciprocal symbiosis are the most ideal symbiosis models, and specific policy systems, resource conditions and cultural environment are the strong guarantees for maintaining this symbiotic system. At present, there is still a weak sense of symbiosis in the construction of this symbiotic system, which is manifested in the misalignment of training goals and the pattern of power difference. The evolution of the symbiosis model is hindered, which is reflected in the joint construction of curriculum, the two-way flow of teachers, and the poor sharing and circulation of scientific research resources. The symbiotic environment is weak, and the talent selection and training system is not perfect, and the culture of encouraging innovation is lacking. In the future,we should establish the concept of symbiosis, improve the symbiosis mechanism and optimize the symbiosis environment,so as to realize the long-term and stability of the"high school-university"collaborative training of top-notch innovative talents.
