Cultural Consciousness of Professional Development of the New Generation Rural Teachers
Teacher professional development is the endogenous path of the retention of new generation rural teachers,and rural culture is the source power of the professional development of new generation rural teachers.Therefore,in order to enhance the adaptability to rural teaching life and improve their professional development,the new generation of rural teachers must maintain the necessary cultural consciousness.The identity of"villagers",the rational consciousness of"tideland symbiosis"and the practical consciousness of"returning home for farming"are the inner implications of the cultural consciousness of the new generation rural teachers.However,the professional development of the new generation rural teachers is facing many cultural dilemmas,such as the loss of local identity,the lack of local literacy and backward school culture.By reshaping the identity of the new generation rural teachers,focusing on their special characteristics professional development,and transforming school culture of rural schools,we can improve the endogenous motivation,local literacy and participation in rural cultural revitalization of the new generation rural teachers for their professional development,which can become a breakthrough path for their cultural consciousness.
