论乡村学校文化的生态转向

乡村学校文化是师生在乡村学校场域内的教育实践中共同建构的文化形式,处在不断的变迁与发展之中.当前乡村学校文化的危机本质上是生态危机,即发展理念、方式呈现出非生态的特征.破解危机的可能在于摒弃以往"生态对立型"发展路向,重构尊重生命、讲求共存、注重平衡的"生态友好型"发展方式.这既是现代化转型中乡村教育的本土性发展诉求所决定的,也源于乡村学校文化发展的内生动力,更与学校传承乡土文化的时代使命紧密相关.为此,需要推动学校内外的文化交融,激活乡村师生的文化自觉,构建和谐共生的文化生态,从而形成符合生态价值观的学校文化自觉发展态势.
On the Ecological Turn of Rural School Culture
Rural school culture is a form of culture jointly constructed by teachers and students in the field of education practice in rural schools,undergoing constant change and development.The current crisis in rural school culture is essentially an ecological crisis,namely the development concepts and methods exhibiting non-ecological characteristics.The possible solution to the crisis lies in abandoning the previous unidimensional and binary"ecological opposition"development path,reconstructing an"ecological friendly"development mode that respects life,pursues coexistence,and emphasizes balance.This is determined by the local development needs of rural education in the modernization transformation.It also stems from the endogenous driving force of rural school cultural development,and it is closely related to schools'mission of inheriting rural culture.Therefore,it is necessary to promote cultural integration both inside and outside schools,activate the cultural consciousness of rural teachers and students,build a harmonious and symbiotic cultural ecology,and thus form a conscious development trend of school culture that conforms to ecological values.
