Dilemma and Breakthrough:Evaluation of Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era
Labor education evaluation,as the guiding principle for carrying out labor education activities,holds great value for cultivating the labor competency of students.Strengthening labor education evaluation in primary and secondary schools in the new era is a basic requirement for implementing the mission of fostering virtue and cultivating talents,a necessity for nurturing all-round talents,and an innovative measure for deepening education reform.However,the current labor education evaluation faces a series of difficulties:There are misconceptions in the positioning of evaluation,resulting in its alienation from the ontological value;There is structural deviations in the evaluation method,neglecting the developmental and generative aspects;The collaboration among the evaluation entities is weak,resulting in suboptimal comprehensive educational outcomes;Intelligent evaluation is still immature,with insufficient washback functionality.Therefore,in order to enhance the effect of labor education implementation,efforts should be made to address issues related to"what to evaluate""how to evaluate""who evaluates"and"evaluation methods"in labor education evaluation.Furthermore,it is necessary to adhere to"competency oriented"evaluation concept so as to construct a diversified content labor education evaluation system,to emphasize multidimensional driving forces so as to achieve diversification in methods of labor education evaluation,to aggregate efforts from five parties so as to promote collaborative governance among labor education evaluation entities,and to leverage technology so as to advance the intelligence of labor education evaluation forms.
