A Study on the Education of Integrity and Innovation for Forging a Sense of Community of the Chinese Nation
The education for enhancing the sense of the community of the Chinese nation is the primary topic of current research on China's national education research.Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,its related research hasbeen increasingly enriched and deepened,showing three basic characteristics:highlighting the objective focus of"border areas"and"ethnic areas";becoming distinct themes of language education and ideological and political education with taking national policy as the guide;forming initially the two paradigms of theoretical research and empirical research with a"top-down"research logic being the dominant approach.Dialectically,these three characteristics also hide the limitations,including research horizon,theme and content,research logic and methods.Looking forward to the future and taking the 20th anniversary of the Communist Party of China as a historical starting point,educational research on forging a sense of community for the Chinese people should carry on the past and adhere to integrity and innovation,gradually break through the established object and framework limitations to go beyond the perspective of"border areas""ethnic regions""ethnic minorities"and"schools".Furthermore,it moves towards the object and framework construction of"Chinese territory""Chinese people""Chinese nation"and diverse educational fields.Responding actively to the building a system of education and knowledge with Chinese characteristics and independence is the demands of the new era.On the traditional basis of research on education for ethnic minorities,we will constantly broaden the research topics and contents,construct the knowledge horizon and theoretical imagination of more comprehensive and grand and innovate research logic and methods.Based on the new characteristics,phenomena,problems,and trends of Chinese society in the new era,using new methods and technologies deepen more specific research on issues and theories in order to make greater contributions in knowledge and intelligence of the realization on the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
