The Emotional Dilemma and Solution Strategies of Buddhist Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools—Analysis based on the Dionne I.Gross model of emotional regulation process
"Buddhist teachers"are a group of teachers with passive emotion,which is manifested by the reduction or obstruction of their own activity power.Primary and secondary school teachers have a high incidence of Buddhist mentality.Analyzing their emotional difficulties and strategies from an emotional perspective is of great significance for improving teachers'physical and mental health and improving teachers'teaching quality.With the continuous advancement of educational modernization,the power of educational activities of"Buddhist teachers"in primary and secondary schools is decreasing,and they are in the emotional dilemma of"withdrawal after enterprise","indifference after enthusiasm",and"indifference after desire".This emotional dilemma is mainly affected by their own emotional regulation ability,the ability to obtain positive emotional resources,and the ideological,political,cultural,network and other social environment.How to solve the emotional dilemma of Buddhist teachers in primary and secondary schools?Based on Dionne I.Gross's emotional regulation process model,this paper attempts to improve teachers'emotional regulation ability and ability to obtain positive emotional resources through five emotional regulation strategies:situation selection,situation correction,attention diversion,cognitive change and regulatory response.In order to repair teachers'emotional wear and tear and resolve their emotional difficulties.
