回顾澳大利亚 F-10 国家数学课程标准"从无到有"的曲折发展历程,可大致将其划分为自由放任期(20 世纪 60 年代以前)、踟蹰探索期(20 世纪 60 年代—20 世纪末)和加速落实期(21 世纪第一个十年)三个阶段.在顺应国家教育发展新战略、国际学生评估竞争屡次失利等语境之下,2022 年,澳大利亚发布了新版 F-10 国家数学课程标准,从课程目标设置、课程内容编排和课程实施指导等层面对数学课程作出了新的修订."新课标"表现出以下特点:以"基础学年"为过渡带,助力幼小平稳衔接;推动"新课标"的数字化转型,以技术赋能"新课标"落地;开展跨文化、学科学习,发挥数学课程综合育人功能.这对我国基础教育数学课程建设具有一定的的启发.
The Content,Characteristics and Enlightenment of the New National F-10 Mathematics Curriculum Standards in Australia
Look back on the development of the National F-10 Mathematics Curriculum Standards in Australia,it can be roughly divided into three stages:the period of laissez-faire(before 1960s),the period of stumbling exploration(1960s to late 20th century)and the period of accelerated implementation(first decade of the 21st century).Under the superimposed influence of multiple motivations,in 2022,Australia issued a new version of the F-10 National Mathematics Curriculum Standards,which put forward new norms and requirements for the mathematics curriculum in terms of curriculum objective setting,curriculum content organization and curriculum implementation guidance.The new standards shows the following characteristics:take the"foundation year"as the starting point,assist the connection between kindergarden education and primary education;promote the digital transformation of the new standards and empower the implementation of the new standard with technology.
