The Dilemma and Transcendence of Early Childhood Teacher Education under the Perspective of Action
In the new era of development,the cultivation of outstanding preschool teachers has become the goal and pursuit of high-quality development in early childhood education.From the perspective of action,the humanistic value of early childhood teacher education is under attack,mainly facing the real dilemmas such as the fragmentation of the integrity of actors'growth,the concealment of actors'subjective initiative,the weakness of communication among actors,and the lack of shared meaning in the public domain.To overcome these challenges,we must address them from four aspects:Firstly,breaking behavioral habits to awaken the action consciousness of educators and learners.Second,promoting a return to communication and interaction in education to foster a sense of common ground in early childhood teacher training.Thirdly,focusing on the development of the"person"to emphasize the cultivation of excellent qualities in preschool teachers.Finally,grasping the educational situation to highlight the exploratory nature of early childhood teacher education.
