The Institutional Safeguards and Support Pathways for the U.S.Federal Government's Efforts to Boost Rural Basic Education
The school improvement movement in the United States has always been very active and has also paid attention to rural basic education.This study mainly examines the institutional guarantees and enhancement paths of the U.S.federal government in the implementation of rural basic education policies,aiming to obtain experience and insights for the reform of rural basic education from an overall level.The U.S.federal government fully utilizes its organizational structure's legislative protection and guidance functions,focuses on the supervision and accountability of basic education in rural areas,guides local evidence-based scientific decision-making,and provides implementation guarantees for the improvement of rural education;at the same time,it provides actual support through special funding support,advocating for diverse teaching reforms,and cultivating high-quality rural teachers.
