深化素质教育应加强对学科能力培养的研究

素质教育有多个层面,全面提高全民族素质是核心,育人为本、德育为先、能力为重、全面发展是主题.培养和发展能力是素质教育的重点任务.近40年来,教育研究,特别是课程与教学论研究中关于知识教学促进能力发展的研究明显不足.为了全面深入推进素质教育在新时代高质量发展,建设教育强国,教育研究者要将学科教学研究的侧重点由知识教学综合研究转向以培养能力为重的研究,根据学科特点对不同学科培养能力的教学实践规律、方式方法进行研究,还要加强学科课程与教学论研究队伍建设,增加培养学科能力的重点、重大课题,重视和专门策划培养学科能力的期刊栏目.
Deepening Suzhi Education Should Strengthen Research on Cultivating Subject Abilities
Suzhi education has multiple levels,with the core of improving the quality of the entire nation in an all-round way,and the theme of educating people,moral education first,ability-oriented,and all-round development.Cultivating and developing ability is the key task of suzhi education.In the past 40 years,the research on knowledge teaching promotes ability development in Educational Research,especially the research on curriculum and teaching theory,is obviously insufficient.In order to comprehensively and deeply promote the high-quality development of suzhi education in the new era and build an educational power,educational researchers should shift the focus of subject teaching research from comprehensive research on knowledge teaching to research on cultivating ability,and study the teaching practice laws,methods and methods of cultivating ability in different subjects according to the characteristics of the subject.It is also necessary to strengthen the construction of the research team of subject courses and teaching theory,increase the key and major topics of cultivating subject ability,and attach importance to and specially plan the periodical columns of cultivating subject ability.
