The Development Process,Logical Approach and Prospect of Teaching and Research Staff in the 75 Years since the Founding of New China
The teaching and research staff team is a strong support for the teaching and research system with Chinese characteristics,and as a"teacher of teachers",it plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the reform of education and teaching and improving the teaching quality of basic education.Over the past 75 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the development of the faculty and research team has gone through four stages:start-up and exploration development,standardization and growth development,improvement and systematic development,and deepening and high-quality development.In the historical stage of the development of the faculty and researchers,the three characteristics of the coupling of instrumental rationality and value rationality boundary are described,the evolution mechanism with the purpose of promoting the reform and development of education,and the functional orientation from local generality to comprehensive system.Looking forward to the future,the development of the teaching and research team should adhere to the principle of"taking root in the land of China",improve the development mechanism,stimulate internal vitality,play a supporting and leading role,and move forward in inheritance and progress.
