The Coupling Relationship Between"Decrease"and"Increase":The Governance Logic of Excessive Academic Burden of Students in Compulsory Education Stage
Thinking about the coupling relationship between"reduction"and"increase"of students' academic burden can help find a governance path for the problem of excessive academic burden on students in compulsory education.The academic burden on students in the compulsory education stage is an objective existence,and excessive academic burden on students is a state of academic burden.Based on a clear definition of the two concepts,we should focus on the basic judgment of the term"academic burden on students"and the state of excessive academic burden on students,and explore the"only decrease without increase"composed of"reduction"at the content level and"increase"at the content level,the structural coupling relationship between"no reduction,only increase"and"no reduction,no increase",the functional coupling relationship between"reduction"at the content level and"increase"at the method level,the value coupling relationship between"reduction"at the content level and"increase"at the purpose level,and the governance logic and path of excessive academic burden on compulsory education students based on the above coupling relationship,To help students shift their academic burden from an irrational state of being too heavy or too light to a rational state of being moderate,promote their healthy and comprehensive personal growth,and cultivate a new generation with ideals,abilities,and responsibilities.
