"大先生"人格特质研究——基于扎根理论的探索性分析

"大先生"是对卓越教师和教育家的一种称谓,是一种职业修为境界,是教师群体的楷模,具有独特的人格特质.理解"大先生"的精神内核和人格特质,可以为新时代高素质教师队伍建设提供具象的人格历练标杆.依据人格特质理论和扎根理论,运用Nvivo12Pro软件对我国当代45位教育家的文本资料进行编码,聚合和分析了当代"大先生"人格特质五大维度及其内涵,即"情怀、修身、责任、学识、格局".以"大先生"人格特质为镜鉴,当下教师队伍建设或教师教育实践要更加注重教师"高尚情怀"的陶冶、情感韧性的培养和"全人发展"的关顾,从而培育具有"教育善"的"大人".
The"Mr.Big"Personality Traits Research——Exploratory analysis based on grounded theory
The"Mr.Big"serves as an appellation for outstanding educators and pedagogues.It embodies a pinnacle of professional cultivation,representing the paragons among educators,imbued with unique personality traits.Comprehending the spiritual essence and personality traits of the"Mr.Big"is conducive to providing a tangible benchmark for personality cultivation in the construction of a high-quality teaching force in the new era.Based on the theory of personality traits and grounded theory,this article utilizes the Nvivo12Pro software to encode,aggregate,and analyze the textual materials of 45 contemporary educators in China,exploring the five dimensions and their connotations that constitute the portrait of the contemporary"Mr.Big"personality,namely"feeling,self-cultivation,responsibility,knowledge,and broad-minded."Taking the personality traits of the"Mr.Big"as a mirror,the current construction of the teaching force or teacher education practices should place greater emphasis on nurturing teachers'"noble sentiment",fostering emotional resilience,and attending to"holistic development",thereby cultivating"Mr.Big"endowed with"educational kindness".
