On the Connotation,Value and Realization of Evidence-based Teacher Evaluation
With the deepening of the reform of educational evaluation,new evaluation ideas are urgently needed to provide a scientific perspective for teacher evaluation.Evidence-based teacher evaluation is based on the concept of evidence-based education,in a certain teaching,the organic integration of scientific evidence and teachers'practical wisdom evaluation form.Evidence-based teacher evaluation can help to break the identity of teacher educators and evaluators,improve the scientific and authoritative nature of teacher evaluation,and create a good environment for teacher evaluation.The way realize evidence-based teacher evaluation includes setting up the evaluation idea of combining science and humanity,constructing high-quality evidence base of teacher evaluation,and establishing evidence-based thinking and quality of teachers and teachers evaluators.
