RESEARCH ON DESIGN STRATEGIES OF PUBLIC SPACES IN UNIVERSITY SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH BUILDING FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF ERGONOMICS
Under the impact of Industry 5.0, education research has been shifting towards interdisplinary col-laboration and integration of academia, industry and research. This has led to the increasingly prominent role of the public spaces. This research explores the correla-tion between ergonomics and architectural design and considers the construction needs of university scientific research building public spaces. Therefore, a human factor correlation framework is established. In order to realize the optimal match of humans, architecture and environment, we combine the factors and propose con-crete design strategies, including human-oriented scale and functional design, efficient intelligent space crea-tion, comfortable and harmonious environment shaping. These strategies are aimed at providing design insights for creating a safe, efficient, healthy and comfortable public spaces in university scientific research buildings.
