EXPLORATION OF UNIVERSITY CAMPUS PLANNING BASED ON STUDENT LIFE-ORIENTED
This paper starts from the issues in campus planning and development. By summarizing the devel-opment trend of higher education concepts from the value connotation of "seeking truth and pragmatism", this paper introduces the urban development concept of "life-oriented" into university campus planning and proposes the planning concept of "student life-oriented". Specifically, it is reflected in four aspects. Firstly, the master planning should be refined to seek a symbiotic model between universities and cities. Secondly, in terms of functional organization, the concept of "student life circle" is proposed to control the scale and functional layout of the campus. Thirdly, the planning structure should be based on functional organization, reflecting the integration of multiple systems and the openness to the city. Finally, the style system should highlight individual characteristics and reflect cultural heritage.
