RESEARCH ON SUSTAINABLE REGENERATION OF CONTEMPORARY COLLECTIVE RESIDENTIAL HISTORIC BUILDINGS IN THE CONTEXT OF URBAN RENEWAL
Contemporary collective residential buildings that are constructed after the founding of the People's Republic of China and defined as historic buildings,have become a special type of building that is inevitably encountered in the development of urban renewal in China.Its construction scale is large,and its renewal need is urgent.However,it faces numerous difficulties.This paper aims to study the philosophies and strategies for the protection of historical buildings both at home and abroad.Based on practical projects,this paper focuses on architectural design and technical dimensions,and attempts to construct a design method for the protection and sustainable regeneration of residential historic build-ings,as well as a technical system for the protection and sustainable regeneration of residential historic buildings.
