The construction of community cultural activ-ity center is an important part of the old community to improve function and enhance governance.Within the context of urban renewal,its strategies should prioritize efficient utilization and gathered popularity through mul-tiple compounding and full sharing.The renovation pro-ject of the Winter Olympics Community Comprehensive Cultural Center adopts a flexible spatial layout strategy and creates a communal place encapsulating collective memories.It strives to build a community cultural activity complex that encompasses public life and embodies local characteristics through the renovation of old residential areas of the Winter Olympics community.It has success-fully implemented an organizational and management model based on"co-consultation,co-construction,co-governance and sharing",thereby exploring a novel ap-proach to enhance community governance.
