PATH AND PRACTICE OF URBAN SUBURBAN RURAL CONTIGUOUS DEVELOPMENT PLANNING UNDER THE COMPOSITE CONCEPT:TAKING HUYI DISTRICT IN XI'AN AS AN EXAMPLE
This paper focuses on the trend and demand of rural contiguous development,analyzes the matching relationship between contiguous planning and the hier-archy of the national spatial planning system,constructs the connotation of contiguous planning paths from the three aspects of development orientation,pattern op-timization and hierarchical transmission,and conducts an empirical study on contiguous planning by adopting functional evaluation,unit zoning,and spatial guidance and control methods under the composite concept.This paper hopes to provide new spatial planning ideas for the new era of suburban rural development.
