The urban renewal of Shenzhen first began in the 1990s.It has formed a relatively complete urban re-newal policy system for implementation.This paper sorts out the development process and characteristics of urban renewal policy in Shenzhen,aims to analyze the compo-sition and connotation characteristics of urban renewal policy system in Shenzhen,and provides references for the optimization of urban renewal policy system in other cities.
