RESEARCH ON THE IMPACT OF OUTDOOR PUBLIC SPACES IN OFFICE AREAS ON THE WILL OF OFFICE STAFF TO ENGAGAE IN PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:TAKING HARBIN AS AN EXAMPLE
This paper takes government offices and civil servants as examples,employs a mixed-methods ap-proach,combining interviews with administrative person-nel,a comprehensive literature review and survey data,to identify 50 factors that affect physical activity within public spaces.This paper elucidates the effects of these factors on the will to engage in physical activities.Natural environments with higher overall quality demonstrate greater efficacy.The spatial design should be simplistic and expansive.Moreover,facilities should be appropri-ately configured in alignment with individual preferences.Winter environments exert positive influence on the will to engage in physical activities,and the enhancement of winter-specific landscapes and activities is necessary.
