CONSIDERATION ABOUT IMPROVING THE PUBLIC OPENING OF HIGH-DENSITY URBAN BUILDINGS:TAKING SHENZHEN BAY SUPER HEAD-QUARTERS BASE AS AN EXAMPLE
The public openness of buildings in high-density urban areas is closely related to urban comfort,urban vitality and citizen's sense of belonging,so it is of great significance to improve the public openness of buildings.Based on the experience and practice of individual buildings in Shenzhen Bay Super Headquar-ters Base,from the perspectives of system mechanism,urban planning and architectural design,this paper takes institutional guarantee,systematic,composite function,spatial form,accessibility,comfort,humanistic care and other factors affecting the public openness of buildings as the breakthrough.This paper considers and summarizes a set of methods and strategies to improve the public openness of buildings in high-density urban areas,and provides references for the development,construction and operation of high-density urban areas.
