事件型场馆的迭代增量设计管理模型研究——以北京冬奥会雪上场馆为例

摘要

本文立足于2022年北京冬奥会雪上场馆的设计管理实践,针对事件型场馆的临时性、不确定性和复杂性等变量特征,引入敏捷方法中的迭代增量模型,构建事件型场馆的迭代增量设计管理模型,通过迭增周期和执行模块流程架构探讨区别于传统瀑布式流程的设计管理模式.迭代增量模型的执行策略在2022年北京冬季奥运会雪上场馆的大纲编制、可持续性研究、运行设计、实施协同和运行计划编制等过程中发挥了作用,为事件型场馆的可持续规划建设提供了方法论参考.

Abstract

This paper is based on the design and man-agement practice of snow venues for the Beijing 2022 Olympics Winter Games.In response to the variable characteristics of temporality,uncertainty and complex-ity of event venues,the iterative incremental model in agile methods is introduced to construct an iterative incremental design and management model for event venues.Through the iterative cycle and execution module process,the design management mode that differs from the traditional waterfall process is explored.The iterative incremental strategy has played a role in the develop-ment progress of venue briefs,sustainability research,operational design,implementation coordination and operational planning for snow venues at the Beijing 2022 Olympics Winter Games,and provides methodological references for the sustainable planning and construction of event venues.
