This paper explores the factors that influence the growth of China's emerging sports and their clas-sification in post-Olympic era.By examining the author's design practice on both completed and ongoing projects related to emerging sports venues,this paper discusses the construction of emerging sports venues in three key aspects of construction models,spatial strategies and technical measures,in order to realize sustainable devel-opment of the stadium.
