SCENARIO-BASED CONSTRUCTION OF SUSTAINABLE URBAN RENEWAL
Based on the international development trend the background of the new normal of China's economy,urban renewal is one of the most important topics in the current stage of urban development and transformation in China,so that it is necessary to move towards sustain-able,efficient,healthy and harmonious urban renewal.Based on the practical background of urban renewal,this paper analyzes the importance of sustainable urban renewal.Through the cases of community scene con-struction,cultural scene construction,urban public policy scene construction,etc.,the scenario-based construction mode of sustainable urban renewal,as well as the practice and exploration in different urban renewal projects,so as to form a new paradigm of sustainable urban renewal that can be replicated.
