The Systematism Operation of Affective Labor in Fan Club:Based on the Analysis of A Star's Fan Club
From commercial economy to social welfare,the super execution and influence of fan group have attracted the attention of society and academic cycle.Existing studies tend to confuse these concepts of fan group,community,and organization,explaining the formation of fan affective labor from individual opinion leaders or external perspective,which to some extent ignores the affective labor process of fan organizations.Therefore,based on participant observation and in-depth interviews with the National Fan Club of A Star,the research finds that in the changes of media,policies,culture and other factors,the management and members of the fan organization gradually form organizational operation of fan labor through the interaction of cultural capital,emotion and other factors.On the one hand,in order to promote the organization of fans'affective labor,the management develops three integration strategies:circle,standardization and institutionalization.On the other hand,members pander to or resist the fan club through three strategies:self-evolution,relationship construction and rebellion.Deeply digging into the internal operation and labor process of fan organizations can not only deeply understand the organizational practice of youth subcultural communities in the digital age,but also provide new ideas for the governance of fan chaos,and at the same time have important reference significance for the operation and maintenance of virtual organizations.
