抖音中青年"博主化"成为一种新兴网络亚文化现象,是指青年在抖音等社交平台"晒"出自我并渴望成为博主的趋向,他们是多元生活的分享者、纷繁信息的发布者、网红经济的尝试者与改变现状的创新者.在产生逻辑方面,数字化社会转型加剧、抖音平台的传播特征、当代青年的价值选择特点,以及大众对多元文化的需要共同产生影响.但青年"博主化"现象容易向内滋生不良价值取向,向外产生网络暴力等问题.因此,要辩证地看待青年"博主化"现象,在推动抖音平台的思想阵地建设,优化抖音的流量投送渠道,帮助"博主化"青年树立正确的奋斗观,为自身打造独特的文化品牌等方面持续发力;规避青年"博主化"现象的潜在负面影响,为有针对性地做好新时代的青年工作保驾护航.
The Generation Logic and Governance Choice of the Phenomenon of Youth"Bloggerization"in TikTok
The phenomenon of youth"bloggerization"has become a new phenomenon of emerging online subculture,and contemporary youths are keen to"post"themselves on social platforms such as TikTok and aspire to become bloggers.They are the sharers of diverse lives,the publishers of complex information,the experimenters of the Internet celebrity economy,and the innovators of changing the status quo.In terms of generating logic,the transformation of the digital society is intensifying,and the communication characteristics of the TikTok platform,the value choice characteristics of contemporary youths,and the public's need for multiculturalism jointly exert an impact.However,the phenomenon of youth"bloggerization"is prone to breed bad value orientations inward,and outward to produce problems such as online violence.Therefore,it is necessary to look at the phenomenon of youth"bloggerization"dialectically,and continue to make efforts in promoting the construction of the ideological position of the TikTok platform,optimizing the delivery channels of TikTok,helping young"bloggers"establish a correct concept on struggle,and building a unique cultural brand for themselves.Avoid the potential negative impact of the phenomenon of young"bloggers",and escort youth work in the new era in a targeted manner.
