摘要
当前全球能源需求持续增长,石油炼制工业面临提高效率、降低成本和优化产品质量的多重挑战.随着我国加工原油品种和来源多样化,及时获得原油评价数据对于原油加工计划优化、过程优化以及指导原油调合优化尤为重要.在这一背景下,原油核磁共振快速评价技术与原油调合策略在常减压装置上的应用受到广泛关注.深入探讨利用核磁共振技术指导原油调合加工生产,保障常减压装置满负荷高效运行,为相关领域研究和生产实践提供参考借鉴.
Abstract
At present,global energy demand continues to grow,and the oil refining industry faces multiple challenges in improving efficiency,reducing costs and optimizing product quality.With the diversification of crude oil varieties and sources processed in China,it's particularly important to timely obtain crude oil evaluation data for the optimization of crude oil processing plans,process optimization and guidance for crude oil blending optimization.Against this background,the application of crude oil nuclear magnetic resonance rapid evaluation technology and crude oil blending strategy in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit has received wide attention.This paper deeply discusses the use of nuclear magnetic resonance technology to guide the blending and processing of crude oil,to ensure the efficient operation of the crude distillated unit at full load,and to provide supports for research and production practice in relevant fields.
