Practice and Exploration of Deepening the Three Institutional Reforms in SOEs
Deepening the three institutional reforms of personnel,labor,and income distribution in SOEs is an inevitable choice for SOEs to cope with market competition,and an important measure to deepen the reform of SOEs.With comprehensively promoting reform work,realizing that cadres can be promoted or demoted,employees can be hired or laid off,and incomes can increase or decrease,and further accelerating the formation of a human resources operation mechanism that meets the requirements of marketization,professionalization,and modernization,is the overall goal of the three institutional reforms.Based on the three institutional reform practices,this paper aims to provide some reference for deepening the reform of SOEs.
