摘要
以改革精神加强国有企业党建工作考核是持续发挥考核评价"指挥棒"效能、提高国有企业党建工作质量的关键所在.系统分析以改革精神加强国有企业党建工作考核的重大意义,从5个维度探讨优化国有企业党建工作考核的原则遵循,并提出优化国有企业党建工作考核的破题路径,对于做好新时代国有企业党建工作考核、以高质量党建引领保障高质量发展具有一定借鉴意义.
Abstract
Strengthening the assessment of party building work in SOEs with a reform spirit is crucial for continuously leveraging the effectiveness of the assessment and evaluation as a"baton"and improving the quality of party building work in SOEs.This article systematically analyzes the significant importance of strengthening the assessment of party building work in SOEs with a reform spirit.It analyzes the principles guiding the optimization of such assessments from five dimensions and proposes solutions to improve the assessment of party building work in SOEs.This article offers certain reference significance for effectively conducting the assessment of party building work in SOEs in the new era and using high-quality party building to guide and ensure high-quality development.
