The"Small yet Smart"Project in the"Large-range Foreign Aid"System:A Research on the Micro-mechanisms of Belt and Road to Enhance Global Inclusive Development
Promoting global inclusive development has become the responsibility and mission of China's diplomacy in the new era,how to effectively promote it through the high-quality Belt and Road Initiative is a question worthy of consideration.The author proposes a micro-explanatory framework based on the interaction of multiple actors and the intuitive feelings of individuals/groups.The"small yet smart"project in the"large-range foreign aid"system is the explanatory variable.As a holistic lever,they are mutually constructing and empowering.Global inclusive development,which includes the demand value,the capacity value and the symbiotic value,is the explained variable.The"small yet smart"project in the"large-range foreign aid"system enhances global inclusive development by optimizing people's livelihood experience,promoting transformation of results and enhancing levels of co-governance,thus shaping the micro-mechanisms essence of this research.Luban Workshop is a model of the"small yet smart"project in the"large-range foreign aid"system.The research shows that it effectively enhances the value connotations of global inclusive development,which makes it possible to become the best practical case,and also confirms the validity of the micro-mechanisms explanation in this study.
