常州市以"532"发展战略为指引,开展"两湖"创新区和"新能源之都"建设,围绕发电、储能、输送、应用环节,瞄准太阳能光伏、动力储能电池、新型电力装备、新能源汽车及汽车核心零部件和未来氢能产业技术创新需求,不断提高城市竞争力.文章在分析常州市发展新能源产业的优势和困境的基础上,根据常州市新能源行业的战略目标和发展任务,从政府、高校、企业和科研院所的不同维度出发,提出可行性对策,助力"新能源之都"建设.
Research on the advantages,dilemmas and countermeasures of constructing"new energy capital"in Changzhou city:based on the perspectives of"government,universities,enterprises and research institutes"
At present,Changzhou City is guided by the"532"development strategy,and carries out the construction of"two lakes"innovation zone and"new energy capital",focusing on the links of"power generation,energy storage,transmission and application",aiming at solar photovoltaic,power energy storage batteries,new power equipment,new energy vehicles and automotive core parts and future hydrogen energy industry technological innovation needs,and constantly improve the competitiveness of the city.Based on the analysis of the advantages and dilemmas of the devel-opment of new energy industry in Changzhou,the article puts forward feasible countermeasures from different dimen-sions of government,universities,enterprises and research institutes according to the strategic goals and development tasks of the new energy industry in Changzhou to help the construction of"new energy capital".
