中温铯热管启动与升温试验研究

为解决热管对中温热源的热传输难点,该研究研制了一种中温铯热管.该研究通过对金属铯作为中温热管工质优缺点进行了分析,确定了铯作为中温热管工质的可行性,研制了 3 根试验用中温铯热管.该研究利用热管启动与升温实验装置对3 根不同规格中温铯热管开展了启动与升温试验.研究得到:铯热管能够在500 K附近进入正常工作状态,实现启动.铯热管蒸汽腔直径为 17 mm时,热管启动温度为510 K;蒸汽腔直径为 22 mm时,启动温度为 495 K;蒸汽腔直径 25 mm时,启动温度为485 K.对比试验验证了铯热管的启动温度随热管蒸汽腔直径的增大而降低.在 500~700 K中温区间,中温铯热管轴向各点能够同步升温,具有良好的等温性.
Experiment study on the start-up and heat-up of medium temperature cesium heat pipe
In order to solve the difficulty of heat transfer from heat pipe to medium temperature heat source,a medium temperature cesium heat pipe was developed in this study.In this study,the advantages and disadvantages of cesium metal as a medium temperature hot pipe were analyzed,the feasibility of cesium as a medium temperature heat pipe was determined,and three medium temperature cesium heat pipes were developed.In this study,three medium tem-perature cesium heat pipes of different specifications were started up and heated up by using the heat pipe start-up and heat-up experimental device.The results show that the cesium heat pipes can enter the normal working state near 500 K and fully start up.When the diameter of the steam chamber of the cesium heat pipe is 17 mm,the start-up tem-perature of the heat pipe is 510 K.When the diameter of the steam chamber is 22 mm,the start-up temperature is 495 K.When the diameter of the steam chamber is 25 mm,the start-up temperature is 485 K.The comparison test verifies that the start-up temperature of the cesium heat pipe decreases with the increase of the diameter of the steam chamber of the heat pipe.In the medium temperature range of 500~700 K,the axial points of medium temperature ce-sium heat pipe can be heated synchronously,and has a good isothermal properties.
