西安市新能源汽车产业链协同发展路径分析

摘要
大力发展新能源汽车行业是推进产业结构升级、实现"双碳"目标的重要手段.文章以西安市新能源汽车产业发展为中心,从产业链协同视角出发,探讨了西安市新能源汽车产业链发展现状及问题,发现西安市虽然已形成比较完备的新能源汽车产业链,但产业链分布不均,原材料与整车、充换电及市场服务环节较为薄弱.基于此,文章提出了加大研发投入、调整人才结构以及培育上下游企业等对策建议,以保证产业链的稳定性.
Abstract
Vigorously developing the new energy vehicle industry is an important means to promote the upgrading of in-dustrial structure and achieve the goal of"Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality".Focusing on the development of the new energy vehicle industry in Xi'an,this paper discusses the development status and problems of the new energy vehicle industry chain in Xi'an from the perspective of industrial chain synergy,and finds that although Xi'an has formed a relatively complete new energy vehicle industry chain,the industrial chain is unevenly distributed,and it is relatively weak in raw materials and vehicles,charging and swapping,and market services.Based on this status,countermeasures and suggestions such as increasing R&D investment,adjusting the talent structure,and cultivating upstream and downstream enterprises to ensure the stability of the industrial chain are proposed.
