The high-quality development of carbon neutral innovation consortium helps to promote collaborative innova-tion between leading enterprises and research institutes and universities,and is the core main force to achieve the goal of"double carbon".At present,the carbon neutral innovation consortium has some problems,such as unclear cogni-tion of multiple entities,inadequate relevant policies,and disjointed internal cooperation,which seriously affect the ef-ficiency of innovation output of carbon neutral innovation consortium.Therefore,by referring to the existing research theories,this paper studies and analyzes the influencing factors of the high-quality development of the carbon neutral innovation consortium,and puts forward the path of high-quality development of the carbon neutral innovation consorti-um:accelerate the layout,improve the government guidance and policy guarantee of the carbon neutral innovation con-sortium;strengthen research and development support for common technologies of carbon neutral innovation consorti-um;optimize the mechanism to ensure the stable supplement of high-quality interdisciplinary talents in the carbon neu-tral innovation consortium;strong chain stable supply to promote sustainable supply of carbon neutral innovative com-plex resources.
