摘要
在本科应用型人才培养模式下，为满足学生个性需求和社会经济发展需求，在教学理念、课程设置、教学模式、评估体系和师资建设等方面进行了研究和探讨，进行相应的改革与实践，提高学生英语综合能力，学以致用。
Abstract
In applied talent cultivation,we studied the teaching notion,course design, teaching module,evaluation system and teacher training in order to meet the individual demand of students and social economy developing.We reformed and practiced so as to improve the student`s comprehensive abilities and to meet practical needs.
