基于投影阈值法的人民币号码提取方法

摘要
本文介绍了一种简单、准确、快速的人民币号码提取方法。由于所采用的“投影阈值法提取人民币号码”的算法简单，从而大大提高了算法的运行速度。同时，由于阈值投影的出色表现，对于有污点噪声的人民币号码，本文的方法也能较好地提取出字符号码，提取出的号码更准确、更清晰。实验结果表明，本文的方法确实是一种快速、准确的人民币号码提取方法。
Abstract
This paper presents a new RMB number based on projection threshold.The speed is improved because the algorithm of projection threshold extracting method is simple.Moreover,since the excel ent performance of projection threshold,it can also yield satisfactory results for the RMB number with noise.Experiments prove that it is a fast and exacting approach for extracting RMB number.
