摘要
悲剧性命运是古希腊神话的一大特点。《被缚的普罗米修斯》、《俄狄浦斯王》、《美狄亚》被称为古希腊三大悲剧。其中古希腊悲剧作家索福克勒斯的俄狄浦斯王讲述了俄狄浦斯竭力逃避神谕所示的杀父娶母的命运,然而他的逃避却让自己更靠近既定的命运。戏剧表现的是人的意志和命运的冲突。通过俄狄浦斯的悲剧性缺陷,索福克勒斯揭示了人性自大,无知,冲动的一面,也暗示了命运神秘无可阻挡的力量。本文将以俄狄浦斯王为例,探究古希腊神话中的悲剧性命运。
Abstract
Tragic fate is an obvious feather of the ancient Greek mythology.Prometheus Bound,Oedipus the King and Medea are the most classical tragedies.Among them,Oedipus the King written by Sophocles tel s that Oedipus is trying to escape the fate of kil ing father and marrying mother.However,his attempt to escape pushes himself to the tragic fate.Through the tragic flaws of Oedipus,Sophocles reveals the arrogant,ignorant and impulsive aspects of human nature and implies the mysterious and irresistible power of fate.This paper takes Oedipus as an example to analyze the tragic fate of the ancient Greek mythology.
