摘要
随着网络经济时代的到来，长尾理论得到了广泛应用和发展。把长尾理论应用于民办高校的人才培养方案中，对民办高校人才培养有重要的意义。一方面，民办高校应抛弃传统的人才培养理念，树立长尾观念，利用自身优势为社会输送不同层次的人才；另一方面，民办高校应将长尾理念贯穿于日常的教学活动、校园文化建设和毕业生就业指导中，改变单一的人才培养模式，创造更多的“长尾”，使每个学生都能在社会实践中实现自身价值。
Abstract
As the coming of Internet economy era,the Long Tail Theory has been widely applied and developed.So,it is significant to apply this theory to private col ege talent training program.On one hand,private col eges should discard the traditional talent training concept and make use of their competitive advantages to cultivate dif erent levels of talents for society.On the other hand,private col eges should apply the Long Tail concept to their daily teaching activities,campus cultural development and guidance of graduates’ employment;transform the monotonous talent training mode, create more “tails”,enable every student realize his values in social practices.
