摘要
加速度计是在捷联惯性导航系统中测量载体的视加速度的重要部件,其输入大多为模拟电流信号。由于电流测量精度的提高受到限制,本设计采用可编程逻辑器件 XC9536对加速度计电流信号进行实时采样,利用最小二乘法对输入电流进行补偿实现高精度电流/频率转换。从测试结果上可知,电流/频率转换精度提高到6.8×10-6,满量程输出频率提高到256K。该电路实现了高速、高精度电流/频率转换,已经应用到实际产品中。
Abstract
The accelerometer is an important part by measuring apparent acceleration in the Strap-down inertial navigation system,and its output is usual y simulated current signal.Because the improving of current measurement accuracy is constrained,the design adopts the Complex Programmable Logic Device XC9536 to accelerometer current real-time signal sampling , and using least square method compensation input current of the realization of Current/Frequency conversion.From the test results that Current/Frequency conversion accuracy is increased to 8×10-6and improved the ful-scale output frequency to 256K.The circuit realizes high speed and high precision current / frequency conversion,which has been applied to the actual product.
