Characteristics and Prospects:Quantitative Analysis of the Evolution and Development of China's Contract Documents Research
Contract documents are the carrier of China's historical changes and an important part of folk historical archives. From the various forms of contract documents,we can examine the pragmatic,contractual and legal spirits of Chinese civil society. Since the 21st century,abundant research results have been achieved in contract documents in China. Taking the research results published in the core journals of CNKI as a sample,the paper systematically analyzes the development characteristics and frontier evolution trends of the six major fields of contract documents research in China,through statistical research methods such as key words co-occurrence analysis,cluster analysis,multi-dimensional scale analysis and social network analysis. In the field of contract document research,it is urgent to establish the discourse system of the discipline and interpret the connotation of contract spirit in the context of the times.
