Building on previous work,Du Fu research in 2024 has advanced further,establishing new points of reference with a broader perspective,diverse methods,and detailed interpretations.There has been significant progress in the collation of Du Fu's poetry documents,the study ondetails in Du Fu's life and the chronology of his works,as well as in-depth research on the essence of his poetry.Interdisciplinary and multi-perspective research trends have highlighted literary geography and historiography as hot topics in recent years.Du Fu research in 2024 continues traditional approaches while exploring new branches.This paper reviews the achievements from three aspects:collation of Du Fu's poetry documents and annotation research,studies on Du Fu's life and thoughts,as well as textual and artistic research on Du Fu's poetry.It introduces the multidimensional reflections and progress in Du Fu research for the year.
