Immunity design of power system for automotive controller
The automotive EMC problem was raising with the development of automotive electronic technology.Among which,the immunity design of the controller's power system became very important for the stable and reliable operation of the vehicle.By analyzing five kinds of pulse interference waveforms which was prescribed in GB/T 21437.2,two major reasons were concluded:the short duration voltage spikes interference and long time voltage fall.The immunity circuitry of automotive controller was designed contrary to the aforementioned two reasons and its performance could meet the requirement of class A.The stable operation of controller for nearly two years indicates that the immunity circuitry has sufficient electromagnetic compatibility.
