叶尔羌河山区水库与平原水库联合调度研究

为统筹协调好叶尔羌河下坂地水库、阿尔塔什水库生态、灌溉和发电的水量调度关系,充分发挥两座山区水库的综合利用功能,建立了以灌溉保证率最大和生态供水量最大两种情况下的单目标优化调度模型,并采用遗传算法求解模型.结果表明:两种调度目标情况下,下坂地水库先蓄后供,阿尔塔什水库后蓄先供的供蓄方案均最优,均能满足流域各部门需求;考虑到国家对流域重点胡杨林实施应急输水要求及流域水库群统一调度现状,最终推荐上库(下坂地)先蓄先供、下库(阿尔塔什)后蓄后供的水量调度方案,即流域汛期生态下泄水量 10.07 亿m3,灌溉保证率 75.9%,年均发电量 25.02 亿 Kw·h,水库年均损失水量 2.60 亿 m3.研究成果对于指导叶尔羌河流域水资源调度管理具有重要作用.
Study on joint dispatching scheme of mountain reservoir and plain reservoir in the Yerqiang River
To coordinate the water supply and water regulation relationship among the Xiabandi Reservoir and the Artasha Reservoir,and to fully utilize the comprehensive utilization functions of the two reservoirs,a single-objective optimal schedu-ling model was established based on maximum irrigation guarantee rate and maximum ecological water supply.Genetic algo-rithms were employed to solve the model.The results indicate that which aim at optimal storage and supply,are both optimal for Xiabandi Reservoir and Altashi Reservoir,which aim at optimal storage and supply,and can meet the needs of various de-partments in the basin;Taking into consideration the emergency water diversion requirements proposed by the autonomous re-gion for the key euphrates poplar forests in the basin and the current situation of unified scheduling of the basin's reservoir groups,the final recommendation is to adopt the plan with first storage and supply of upper reservoirs(Xiabandi)and later storage and supply of lower reservoirs(Artashi)under Goal 2,i.e.,a flood season ecological discharge of 1.07×109 m3,The irrigation assurance rate is 75.9%,and the average annual power generation is 2.502×109 kw·h,The annual water loss of reservoir is 2.6×108 m3.The research results have important implications for the guidance of the Yerqiang River water resource management.
