南京地铁某深基坑围护缺陷加固处理及降水技术研究

基坑围护结构在工程建设中起着挡土、稳固坑底以及截水的作用,保证施工周边环境的安全以及工程施工的安全。以南京地铁某深基坑围护结构缺陷加固工程为研究对象,针工程所在地其特殊复杂地质条件,结合区域勘察报告,设计采用MJS满堂加固+轻型井点降水方案对结构进行加固处理,以MJS工法桩形成的水泥加固土置换原状土,从而起到隔水和提高加固区域土体稳定性的作用。加固结果表明,本设计方案施工效果显著,施工过程中未出现失稳、突水涌水及渗漏等情况。本研究对类似基坑工程围护缺陷加固处理具有一定参考价值。
Study on reinforcement treatment of enclosure defects and descending technology of a deep foundation pit in Nanjing subway
Pit enclosure structure in engineering construction plays a role in retaining soil,stabilizing the bottom of the pit and intercepting water to ensure the safety of the construction surrounding environment and the safety of engineering construction. Nanjing metro a deep foundation pit enclosure structure defects reinforcement project as the object of study,needle project site its special complex geological conditions,combined with regional survey report,the design of the MJS full Hall reinforcement+light well point precipitation programme for structural reinforcement treatment to MJS work piles formed by the cement reinforcement soil replacement of the original soil,so as to play a role in isolating the water and improve the stability of the soil in the reinforced area. Reinforcement results show that the construction effect of this design scheme is remarkable,and there is no instability,sudden water surge and leakage during the construction process. This study has some reference value for the reinforcement treatment of enclosure defects in similar pit projects.
