Prediction of groundwater environmental impact in chemical plant areas——Taking Tianjin Dingjin polystyrene chemical plant as an example
In order to prevent pollution of groundwater in a chemical plant area, this paper takes a styrene production chemical plant in Tianjin as an example and predicts the groundwater environment within the scope and depth that may be affected by the project during the construction and operation periods, analyzes the transport distribution of leaking pollutants in the submerged aquifer, and analyzes the possible environmental impact of pollutants on groundwater under normal and abnormal conditions during the construction and operation periods of the project The results indicate that the environmental impact of the project on groundwater is likely to be significant. The results show that the groundwater environmental impact assessment of the project is" Level 2",and the potential sources of groundwater pollution are mainly the sewage treatment station pond buried at a depth of 5 m. Meanwhile, the results of the water environment impact prediction using the analytical method show that the leakage of pollutants from the sewage treatment station will not adversely affect the water quality of the submerged aquifer outside the plant boundary during the 30-year service period, and the corresponding regulatory requirements are met.
