Hydro-geological type assessment of a coal mine based on analytic hierarchy process
The hydro-geological type assessment is an important foundation for coal mine safety production.A hydro-geological type assessment system that comprehensively considers the degree of structural development and water conductivity and water yield property factors in the mine field is proposed to address the problem of incomplete classification and assessment systems for traditional coal mine hydro-geological types.Combined with the geological and hydro-geological conditions, the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method is used to classify and evaluate the hydro-geological types of No.9 and No.10 coal seam in a coal mine in Shanxi. The research has shown that AHP method has classified the hydro-geological types of No.9 and No.10 coal seam as moderate type.Distribution of goaf water in the coal field and surrounding areas is the main control-ling factor on the mine hydro-geological type. The AHP method can be used for the assessment of hydro-geological types, which provides a basis for developing scientific and reasonable water prevention and control technology plans for coal mines.
