Design and Implementation of Territorial Space Use Control Supervision and Management System in Yunnan Province
Territorial space use control is a basic system for the country to promote the modernization of space governance system and governance capacity.It is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of the country.According to framework of territorial space use control and the information system of Department of Nat-ural Resources of Yunnan Province,a territorial space use control supervision and management system in Yunnan Province was designed and implemented.The business process of territorial space use control in Yunnan Province was systematically sorted out.Based on distributed micro-service architecture,process management,mobile service adaptation and other technologies,the functions of subsystems such as plan management,pre-examination and site selection of construction project,agricultural land conversion and land expropriation have been realized.After testing by users at the provincial,municipal,and county levels,the system meets business management requirements.It can provide information supervision support for territorial space use control in Yunnan Province.
