Characteristics and development controlling factors of shale reservoirs of Jurassic Da'anzhai Member in eastern Sichuan Basin
To explore the characteristics of continental shale reservoirs and the controlling factors of the spatial development of shale reservoirs, taking the shale of Da'anzhai Member in eastern Sichuan Basin as an example, this paper studies the controlling factors of shale reservoir pore development, and clarifies the characteristics of dominant lithofacies and sweet spot reservoirs based on the analysis and testing data of shale cores. The research results indicate that:(1)The shale lithofacies types of Da'anzhai Member in eastern Sichuan Basin include siliceous shale, mixed shale and clay shale, among which the clay shale has the highest TOC content, followed by mixed shale.(2)The pore types of shale are mainly lamellar clay mineral intercrystalline pores and organic matter pores, and fractures are mainly lamellation fractures.(3)The development of shale reservoir space is mainly controlled by the combination of mineral composition, diagenesis and structural factors.(4)Based on the hydrocarbon generation potential and reservoir capacity of shale,it is believed that mixed shale is the dominant shale lithofacies in Da'anzhai Member. The shale sweet spot reservoir of Da'anzhai Member is mainly distributed in layer A of the second sub-member,mainly consisting of thin interlayers of mixed shale and shell limestone.
